The most important part of OPRA is our people.  We are a wholly owned and operated NZ organisation, with a strong corporate and organisational structure. We have a vibrant, dedicated and talented team with over 50 years combined experience in occupational psychology and HR consulting.  Although we are geographically split around NZ, we work as one unit, sharing our knowledge and expertise.
