Based in Wellington, Sarah is committed to providing friendly and professional support to Lower North Island clients and helping them to develop customised, strategic HR solutions.

Following the completion of her Master of Arts in Psychology at Massey University in Palmerston North, Sarah moved to Wellington to join the OPRA team in early 2010.  Sarah’s Masters research in the area of emotional skills in teaching was the starting point for her growing interest and appreciation for the role of emotions and wellbeing in organisations.

Sarah has experience in psychometric testing for selection and development, 360 degree surveying, competency modelling and is committed to identifying and responding to clients needs in a timely manner. She is currently completing her registration as an Organisational Psychologist.

Outside of work Sarah enjoys going to the gym, spending time with friends and family, and cuddling up with her cheeky pup Archie.  Currently residing in a half-renovated home, Sarah is looking forward to the day when she no longer has to worry about getting paint in her hair.
