Based in our Wellington office, Heather is dedicated to providing efficient technical support and advice to clients and candidates for any of their psychometric testing enquiries. Heather has always been fascinated by human behaviour, particularly when applied to a work context, and is especially interested in helping people and organisations to reach their potential.

Heather completed a degree in psychology at the University of Canterbury in 2008. After deciding to specialise in I/O psychology she moved to the University of Waikato and completed First Class Honours in I/O psychology in 2009. Following on from this, Heather completed her Master’s thesis in 2010 looking at the attitudes that New Zealand workers hold towards their careers.

While completing her Masters, Heather worked part-time as an HR data analyst in a government department. In this role she gained exposure to a number of processes in a range of HR functions including learning and development, remuneration and recruitment.

Originally from Christchurch, Heather is now loving the exciting lifestyle that Wellington has to offer. In her spare time she is a volunteer phone counsellor and also enjoys catching up with friends, going to the gym and reading. She is passionate about travelling, and with most of her family in England and Australia she makes trips as often as possible.
